Gathland Session

Usually I am at the Antietam National Battlefield in Sharpsburg, MD. I always give my clients the option to chose their own location, most of the time clients like the Battlefield, because it has a little bit of everything. Every now and then a client will request a different location, and I love it! Gives me a chance to explore a new area and have new places to shoot! At this particular session the client chose to do the pictures at Gathland State Park in Knoxville, MD. I have driven past this particular location a million times and always thought it was pretty there but never saw the potential for a session. Boy was I wrong. It is gorgeous there, especially now that fall is in full swing!

Cayden just started kindergarten this year, and like most boys his age does not like to sit still for the camera. Luckily he cooperated long enough for me to get a couple good shots of him.

Alyssa, like any pre-teen was all about the camera (Talk about opposite!) We could have stayed there for hours walking around and getting pictures. Below are a few from that session.
